Arrive early so the crew can confirm your booking and waiver without cutting into your session.

Great sessions work when every Warrior looks ahead, respects the course and gives the person in front room to move.

  1. 01Wear your lifejacket correctly for the entire session.
  2. 02Listen to the briefing and follow crew directions immediately.
  3. 03Use every obstacle as intended—no pushing, crowding or rough play.
  4. 04Wait until the route and landing zone ahead are completely clear.
  5. 05Tell the crew straight away if you need help or spot a problem.

01 / COURSE

BEFORE OPENING

Inflation pressures, anchors, connections, slides, climbs, platforms, walkways and safety equipment are checked before the course opens.

02 / CONDITIONS

ALL SESSION

Wind, lightning, storms, tides, water conditions and visibility are actively assessed. Sessions may be delayed, modified or suspended when conditions fall outside operating guidelines.

03 / RESPONSE

READY WHEN NEEDED

The team trains for water rescue, first aid, emergency communication, incident management and evacuation procedures.
